All-Purpose Cleaner
Mix 1/2 cup of soap with 1 gallon of hot water. For a fresh scent, add 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
Scrub, rinse with water, repeat if necessary.
Disinfectant
Mix 2 teaspoons borax, 4 tablespoons vinegar and 3 cups hot water.
Use a damp cloth to wipe surfaces with the solution or you can use a non-aerosol spray bottle.

- Silver – The All-Natural Disinfectant
Silver has been known for its disinfectant properties for centuries. In ancient Greece and Rome it was used as a germicide.
- How SDC Works
SDC’s power is that it acts as a Trojan Horse. Microbes react to the citric acid in the product as if it is food and ingest it. Once they do, the silver ion in the SDC ingredient enters the microbe and binds to its DNA. This blocks it from replicating itself and kills it. The silver ion also is attracted to sulfur-containing thiol groups found in metabolic and structural proteins bound to the surface of the membrane of a microbe.
